1. yes there is i have the program lets u put screensavers as desktop but it is on a cd in thy other room, not online
2. it is very simple, here is website that allows you to download screansavers for your pc,,i strongly recomend it!!
3. in your search bar put screen savers and it will give you a list of different web sites.
