How do you delete wallpapers,screensavers on your desktop?

My desktop screensaver/wallpaper is looking weird! If anyone remembers the silly putty,when you put it on the funnies and stretch it that's what my desktop looks like.Can't really explain it any other way

  1. go to c:/windows and select screensavers delete
  2. If you are sure it is the screensaver or wallpaper thats the problem, you can right click an empty spot on the desktop and choose Properties. In the Desktop tab and Screensaver tab you can select (none) and disable them. If the screen is looking weird like that regardless of what program is open (Internet Explorer, Wordpad, My Computer, etc) it sounds like either the monitor cable isnt completely plugged into the back of the computer, or the monitor itself may have a problem.
  3. click on start and go to "Control Panel" and click on "display". Click on the screensaver tab and choose what you want or none. Same thing for wall paper as it is called background. After you have finish what you want then click on "Apply" and then exit out.
