1. Not yet today. But you need to remember that you don't have to spend money to give yourself a pat on the back or a little present. Just treat yourself well. Some "me" time, with a cup of tea, your favourite music in the background, perhaps a good book - that's all you really need.
2. I try to give myself a little pat on the back everyday for something positive I have done, it does help ! That is a a great question so I'm giving you a pat on your back!
