How do I get the 3D program that originally came with my computer back?

Like when I try to do a 3D screensaver it says: 'Could not find any comaptible Direct3D devices.' Does nayone know how to get it? I think thats also why I cant browse by CD covers in iTunes 7 also.... Please some help?

1. first go to the start menu then click on the run this located right at your hand in run command type dxdiag the dialog box will be appear this called directx click display tab on display tab dialog box click to test dirct3d to see if this OK if not you can search it on Internet this software is free you can go to Intel web site or ATI.COM Web site form those web site you can download the display driver
