How do I find a compatible Direct 3D device so I can run my 3d screensavers.?

The thing is my 3d screensavers were running on my computer at one time, then all of o sudden when I went to go use my flying flower box screensaver it tells me: No compatible 3D Direct device found.

1. This is due to a video card compatibility issue. You must reinstall the appropriate drivers for your computers video card. First you need to find out the manufacturer and model of your card and download the package from their website. To find out what card you have Right click on your desktop, go to 'Properties'. This will bring up a window. Now go to 'settings'. Now your display card will be shown. Chances are its a NVIDIA or ATI card. Write down the exact name in full and go to Nvidia.com or ATI.com or whatever Manufacturer name precedes the model number of your card shown in that window. There you will find the Drivers you need. Also reinstall Windows Direct X. It facilitates coding language between your operating system and the card itself. It can be found here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx
2. That would be a video card. But if that's all you want it for, I wouldn't worry about the 3d screenscavers....
