How do I remove wallpaper/screensavers from my computer that I have downloaded from other web sites?

I have downloaded quite a few wallpapers and screensavers from Screensavers.com, and some of them I would like to remove, but I can't figure out how to do this. A friend of mind at work who is a computer nerd said to try going into My Pictures and I might be able to delete them there, but the only pictures that came up were the ones that came with the computer (Dell). Can anyone give me a VERY simple explanation of how I might delete unwanted wallpaper/screensavers? Will the computer eventually "fill up" with wallpapers/screensavers so that I couldn't download any more?
