are there animated desktop backgrounds for PC like Apple has?

usually i never get jealous of my stupid Mac friends, but i can't find any way to get those cool animated desktop backgrounds going i tried google and even a couple buggy programs, that did not work well i'm using vista with good hardware and a ton of ram etc ... thank you (i'm not talking about screensavers - i mean like animated wallpaper) yes like moving wallpapers is correct here's what i'm talking about http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lR5P2Cy90GQ

1. Can you give us an example? I'll edit this later if you do, because I don't understand what your implying? You mean like moving wallpapers?
2. You mean using screensavers as a wallpaper, or having the wallpaper automatically change after a set period of time? The changing wallpaper setting is built into System Preferences in OS X, and I don't think there's a way to do that in Windows. The screensaver-as-a-wallpaper trick isn't really all that complicated, though - both OS X and Linux let you access it through a terminal hack. 3. Vista can use movies as wallpaper.
