Why cant I uninstall "Living 3D dolphins screensaver"? I only get a message; "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file"?

This program was on this used desktop when I bought it. I want to get rid of it because it causes slow startup even when not being used, which I don't do because it's nice but not worth eating the face off my RAM. It is still being started upon startup and I don't know how to stop that even though the screensaver is not running, my startup log says some part of it is running in the background somewhere. Idon'tt know how to make it not start with startup. I just wanna get rid of it all together. When I goto control panel/uninstall programs and click on it, I get a message that says; "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file" How do I get this program outta my pc?

1. download this program http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/download/58156f96255767aeec553947d393ec2c/ after install,open the program and on the left side there should be a tab named TOOLS. there you can find the program and delete the registry data, and the program.-- > http://www.ccleaner.com/screenshots/tools-uninstaller then you can run the--scan for issues, then fix issues-- in the REGISTRY tab, for excess junk that might still be there. hopefully this helped.
2. Firs how to make it not start with start up ok then how to delete. If you know Run command where we type text. If Not click on start and on all programs may be on right side you can see it. Type msconfig then press enter. I got windows vista so it ask if I want to continue, yes then a window will appear with Some system information(mine is in Japanese) Click on Start up tab You will Name of Programs with check mark on left and other details on right. Scroll down and locate your Living 3D dolphins and un check it. The click ok and re start computer now it will not run with start up. Now this part how to delete when you can not delete a file, folder, program. Have you experienced it I did some time and got a nice free ware which best. It is called UNLOCKER You can visit the web read and download. Whenever you could not delete just right click on the desired item then click on Unlocker it will ask you do you want to unlock click yes and that item will be unlocked and could be deleted easily.
