How do i add screensavers to my hard drive?

I downloaded some screen savers but i don't know how to add them to the screen saver list, i have a sweet back ground pic i just need a matching screen saver to go with it, can anyone help?

1. u can try uploading from scrensaver from properties if not u can put it in my pictures and select them as screensaver
2. try right clicking on the file and selecting run. It should install itself. And I'd scan it for viruses first. lol
3. Be very very careful installing any screensaver that you download. Free screensavers are the most common way to infect your computer, with either classic viruses, spyware, or additional programs that can even monitor everything you do. There is no foolproof way to know if this is the case or not. A screensaver is simply a "program" that runs in the screen saver mode. If you do not trust the source, it is the same as allowing a stranger to run any program he wants on your computer.
