How can you transport aquarium fish via dubai airport?

am travelling to China - Hongkong, I would like to buy aquarium fish for home purpose. Is their any rules/regulations apply here to carry fish while travelling, if i put it in luggage.

1. If you haven't bought the tank yet, don't bother until you get there. It's just more stress for you and the fish.
