how to get free wallpapers and ringtones for a virgin mobile phone texted download to phone no web downloads?

i have a virgin phone and i want to get free ringtones and wallpapers/screensavers but i don't know where to get them but i want free not one of those 9.99 sites

Download the ringtone to your computer Connect your usb data cable to your phone Open your Windows Explorer, or your My Computer Icon Look for the new driver letter which represents the phone's memory Locate the ringtone from Ventones on your hard drive Drag and Drop it over to your My Sounds or your My Music Folder
