Oh no! Tale of the onions and the aquarium fish. ?

alright what happened 5 months ago is i buried this dead aquarium fish in this peculiar pot of plant, seeing that i don't know the plant so yea buried it. i didn't tell my mom n dad bout it and just a few days ago, there were onion leaves growing out of that peculiar pot. yup my parents have added the leaves to some of our dining experience!! now i feel weird :) ever had similar encounter? o where the poor fishes go

1. cant say i have. but i did have a garden pond when i was at school, i kept a few carp, tench and dace in it. my mum always used to go on at me about cleaning it out. when i was about 15 i came home from school to find mum had filled it in, fish and all. i'm 46 now and still haven't forgiven her....
