Why can't I download alienware Guise themes?

Please help. I've been trying to download the various Themes, media players & screensavers from Alienware. A free download, http://www.alienware.com/intro_pages/invader.aspx After i've entered my e-mail nothing happens. Nothing in my inbox either. Has anyone successfully downloaded these? I'm using a new HP running on Windows Xp professional & yes everything works on my computer. Please help. Cheers The Ghost of good After I hit the green download button it goes to previous page with a black window. Nothing happens at all.
