How to make make your photos on myspace videos and screensavers?

Hello, I wanted to know how people make there default photos turn into videos and screensavers on myspace-- I heared that it has to do something with a file called jpg. please help me out ill award as many points as I can.

1. Not jpeg - they convert the video to GIF format.
