  1. Either you have not installed your video drivers or you have not installed DirectX.
  2. Just download the latest Direct X drivers from the web. That should fix the problem. Or the correct drivers should be on your system restore cd you got with the computer. (if you got one with it).
  3. install direct X 9.0c if error exsist then change your graphic card
  4. Hi Eugene Here is the proper procedure. Download directX v 9.0c and not the v10. It is still under beta. Once installed, go in the start menu and hit the 'RUN' command. Type in dxdiag and press ENTER. Do the tests. The program will test sound and video and set the correct drivers for your card and sound so they can sync together. Reboot. If the card supports 3d, it will work.
  5. It's new one then call the manufacture. Don't try anything that voids your warranty.
  6. There are a few possibilities as to why your computer is doing this. Firstly check the specifications required for the screensaver, it may require a computer with an added graphics card such as an NVIDIA 8800GT etc. It may not be compatable with the on-board graphics chipset that your computer undoubtedly has installed in it (just like pretty much all 3d intensive games!). If your computer matches or exceeds the specifications required then you may need to either re-install your drivers or download updated ones. It's also a good idea to check & see if you are running the latest version of DirectX eg DX9 for XP based systems of DX10 for Vista!
