Do you know where I can get free Screensavers? I want one that has 3d ocean bottom.

how do I create active wallpaper or screen savers with rippling water effects? Its an effect that brings movement to water like an ocean in wallpapers and screensavers. plus I would like to know how to add flying birds and twinkling stars. thanks

Is there such a place? I'm looking for location to create my new home.
